CESCON were involved in the design of a four story commercial building in South Melbourne which is within the final stages of completion. We provided design as well construction support services for this relatively complicated design given the absence of central columns due to which all floor slabs were designed to span end to end between external walls – which house continuous openings making the global stability design even more challenging.
