Existing conditions assessments can be carried out at various stages during the life ofthe structure and are most commonly triggered by an underlying defect or newly emerging cracks within a property. Cescon also provides pre- conditions reports to house owners before commencement of neighbouring construction projects. This will be followed up by a post construction inspection report covering any damages or deviations to the structure.
