Existing conditions assessments can be carried out at various stages during the life ofthe structure and are most commonly triggered by an underlying defect or newly emerging cracks within a property. They are also often carried out to assess and highlight the locations and quality of structural elements before carrying out structural modifications and renovations.
Cescon also provides pre- conditions reports to house owners before commencement of neighbouring construction projects. This will be followed up by a post construction inspection report covering any damages or deviations to the structure.
We follow state regualtions and relevant codes and standards such as as 4349.0-2007 to conduct isnpections and report our findings.
