At CESCON, we are proud to have been part of the creation of a remarkable six-story apartment building, boasting both residential and commercial tenancies. Located in a prime area, this project holds great significance due to its unique architectural layout and space limitations. Our team was entrusted with the important task of designing the lateral stability system and constructing a finite element model to analyze and design the structural framing of the building.

With our deep understanding of structural engineering and our expertise in finite element modelling, we were able to overcome the challenges posed by the building’s location and layout. The result is a beautifully designed and robust building that will stand the test of time and provide residents and businesses with a safe and secure home for years to come.
