This is another job where we supported the landscaping architect by providing structural specifications for a pergola structure. The pergola featured long cantilevers and the member type and sizes were restricted to supported the desired appearance of the structure.

Additionally, given the location and proximity of the pergola to the existing house, the footings had to be carefully design as the columns were offset from the centre of the footings.
